Made from hand-picked, premium grapes this Sparkling has a dry, citrus style with developing honey overtones. Made in the Traditional Method. Nutty, nice age, persistent acid line, lingering finish, balanced.
Dosage sugar 3 gm/litre. Great as an aperitif, especially with oysters.
